About

A London property advisory built for investors who live elsewhere

Fortune One Capital acquires, structures and manages London and UK property for families and investors based in the Gulf, South Asia and beyond.

Who we are

Advisers, not agents

Most people who buy in London from abroad are shown what an agent needs to sell that week. We work the other way round. You tell us what the property has to do, and we find, check and negotiate the asset that does it, then look after it.

Our advisers have bought and managed property in Prime Central London and the regional cities for private clients and family offices. We speak English and Arabic, we understand the rhythm of doing business between London and the Gulf, and we keep the whole process to one point of contact.

We are independent. Our fee comes from you and is agreed in writing before we start. We take no commission from developers, agents or lenders.

How we work

Four commitments

In writing, first

Scope, fee and timeline are set out in a short mandate letter before we look at a single property.

Numbers, not brochures

Every shortlisted asset comes with purchase costs, stamp duty on your structure, expected net yield and the exit assumptions.

Regulated hands on the money

Deposits and completion funds go only through SRA-regulated solicitors. We never hold client money.

Reporting you can read

One monthly note per property in plain English or Arabic: rent, costs, works, compliance dates.
